About Us

Nova Glamping is located on a 8.8 acres private island that is home to our beautiful Log Cabin and three private Geo Domes.

You and your guests will arrive at our on-land location at 159 West Dover Rd, where you’ll be granted a parking space to leave your vehicle overnight. Our boat captain will meet you at the dock where you’ll begin the 5- minutes boat journey to the island. Our staff will welcome you to your oasis where you will have full access to your accomdation.

Our boat captain will be available to escort you back and forth from the island when needed. They will also be available all night in case of any emergencies.

This island experience is conveniently located 35 minutes outside of Halifax, granting fast access to urban entertainment and amenities.

The island is also located close to one of Nova Scotia’s primary tourist destinations, Peggy’s Cove. Peggy’s Cove is world famous for its picturesque, east coast profile with houses perched along a narrow inlet and on wave-washed boulders facing the Atlantic. Although this unique environment has been designated a preservation area, it is still an active fishing community.
